[dsn_klr650] carb adjust/been sitting x 2 years

Listers; There was post recently from a fellow who said he bought such a jack at Sam's Club. My local Sam's knows butkis about this. Could someone refer me to that fellow or tell how such a jack works and where one might procure the item? I lost his post.
