Mike, I'm no expert but I recall a few times listers have mentioned different oils making the bike run different temps. Not to run too quickly to the obvious but I would just change the oil to your normal oil and see if that helps. I run Honda 20/50 in my A13 and it runs the exact temps you had before your service.
