Does anyone know if the KLR has a clutch electrical switch that can be adjusted? Mine will only start in neutral with the clutch either in or out. The manual indicates that the engine should also crank while in gear and the clutch unengaged. Thanks, Brad A9 __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? [dsn_klr650] clutch switch?
There is an article, i would assume in the archives, that goes through how to bypass the clutch safety switch. Also the kickstand safety switch. John A7

I don't think you can adjust it.
I bent my clutch lever this weekend, afterwards the
bike would only start in neutral. When I got home I
disassembled the switch and reassembled it. I can once
again start the bike in gear with the clutch
disengaged. HTH

It'll do it, just gotta put the ZX 9 motor in there, and get a stronger chain.....and some brakes.
