Here goes the latest round. Here's what happened to me in the past month or so that has appeared on the list. -Dead battery on KLR -More half ass jobs by a mechanic leave me seating the bead on a rear wheel with a bicycle pump. Yes, it can be done. -After almost becoming a KLR riding monk, I met a woman. She wants a ride on the KLR. We go for a ride, and she loves the KLR(and me). "It's much more comfortable than a Harley." Now she wants to buy a bike to "ride with me in the dirt." She wants "one like yours but smaller." Can it get any better? -I have 9 days of vacation in August approved. See you on CA 1 or 101. -Adam
