I had wonderful experience and wanted to pass it on to y'all.  I ordered a bunch of ink cartridges from the Websource for my Epson 850 a few months ago.  I paid 1/4 the cost as I paid at Costco which was the lowest price I had ever found.  Anyways, I finally needed to put one in and the printer monitor showed that the cartridge was full but it wasn't printing.  I emailed Websource and asked for any suggestions.  Chuck Gregoire emailed me back and said to run a bunch of cleaning sessions, it worked!  But the good news was after I told him that the printer monitor showed that I had about 7/8 of ink left.  He emailed me back and said he'll send me another cartridge at no charge for being patient.   I thanked him and purposely withheld my address to see just how their customer service was and low and behold I just got in the mail today.  So after receiving a awesome priced cartridges, tech support, and customer service I thought I would pass this on to everyone.  The place is called the WebSource as I had mentioned earlier and their web site is HTTP://www.WebSourceSales.com .
