Ya, I ran into this punk kid with an all-orange '97 during an AMA DualSport ride. He said he'd take $4,000 for it, but he's not actively advertising. SO, this weekend I made a bet of $1 over the differences between a KLR 650 and a KLX 650. He claims the engines are identical. I say BS. What exactly are the differences between the two? Which theoretically should last longer? The KLX has gear operated valves, right? Kev
