I forgot to mention in the last post about the new First Gear jacket I looked at in New Mexico. I forgot the name but it`s an improved version of the Kilimanjaro. It has more vents, heavier construction and the pads have rigid inserts in them, which is a step in the right direction but still not as good as Knox Body Armor, which is hard armor on the outside with dual density padding on the inside. The pants were excellent! Waterproof, zippered all the way down, vented, with a removable liner. Skip
