gps mounts

Post by aches@deltech.net » Tue Jun 13, 2000 12:47 pm

You guys with vibe problems need to try ALoops mount. The velcro on the mounting plate and the unit really dampen all vibes here. Have run my Garmin III about 2400 miles on one DR350, 4800 on another DR350 and about 3000 of the 4000+ on my Y2KLR using batts and the hard wire with no problems when in the batt mode. -- Best Regards & Happy Trails Andy Chesley @ 57 and ticking Y2KLR650 @ 4K sMiles 97 R11RA (Amiga) @ 14K Miles So Many Roads, So Little Time http://members.deltech.net/aches/

Maybe I'll have to "pop by" the ranger station when I head down there in August and get some info. Wonder if she's ever sat by a fire with a bottle of fine wine and watched a winter storm roll in off the Pacific? Cheers, D. GBG eh14
