My A13 did that the first time I got it wet -- at less than 500 miles. I removed the foil covered insulation, cleaned everything, and re-attached the insulation with what I had handy which happened to be a contact cement product called "Goop" (I think that's the name). Worked fine. Eight thousand miles, now, and it has never moved again. Verle Nelson Cedaredge, CO
