[dsn_klr650] nklr environment

One of the reasons the goverment says they need to close forest roads off to OHV users is that they don't have the money to maintain the trails. I have a sneaking suspicion that it's only a matter of time before all the public land in parks is given over to corporations to control. Then we will have to pay huge amounts of money to people like Disney to enjoy the scenery. Hope I'm wrong. Conall
