I'm guessing about 15 ft-lb for those nuts, off the top of my head. I hate to admit it, but I usually use German Torque on things like that ("Gutentite!"). The supplied nuts should be nylocs, and you don't need any loctite on them. The same goes for the Allen bolts for the bottom of the bash plate. Plus, you may on occasion need to remove the plate for regular maintenance. (I take mine off to change the oil filter, because I take out that little drain bolt at the bottom of the case to drain the oil out of the oil filter compartment before removing the oil filter cover, (for those who don't know what I mean, look at the passageway that goes straight down from the oil filter cover, and there is a bolt with an o-ring seal at the bottom. This is where you'd attach a gage to measure your oil pressure.) plus it makes it easier to adjust the counterbalancer.
