mean. Here in New Mexico a green light means proceed through the intersection. A yellow light means hurry up and get through intersection. A red light means, three more cars and that's it. I thought this was only true here in Fresno. We now have special signal enforcement police. Running a red will cost you $270 the first time, over $500 the second and over $1000 plus your liscense the third. Gary B.
