Nope, it is a thumper. Thumps tend to lose hardware if you don't keep on eye
on it. Even the liquid cooled KLR is prone to this. I've had yamaha, honda,
suzi, and kawi thumpers, they all loosen up the hardware unless loctite or
safety wire is used. Just part of owning a thumper. Besides, looking for
loose hardware is one way to get to know every inch of your bike. Enjoy, it's
part of the genre.
