Raamses,
I've been wondering about your mother and how things have been, but was
afraid to ask for fear of bringing up painful emotions. Thank you for
sharing her condition with us and keeping us posted on her passing.
While it's never an easy thing to go through, it sounds like it went as well
as it could - this is really good to hear. Unfortunately when my dad passed
away from cancer 5 years ago - I had stepped out for about 90 minutes for a
bite to eat. He must have gone shortly after I left because when I came
back to the hospital, all the nurses at the station saw me approaching and
had really odd looks on their faces. They never said anything to me as I
walked past them into his empty room. I'll never forget that.
