Wow, the only thing missing is a flashy 1957 T-Bird, and a .44 Magnum. Mark B2 A2 At 10:02 PM +0000 5/17/2000, Linda Tanner wrote:

This reminds me of my search for a house. I told my wife that we were looking for a garage with an integral house. I ended up with a seperate garage anyway. Not quite the dream garage but it will do. My house has a workshop on the ground level next to the family room that I can bring my bikes into. When we were looking at the house I walked into that room and thought "where do I sign?" Mark "Scherer, Michael" wrote:

Am back. Perfect garage is a quonset, in Tahiti, aligned with tradewinds for free flow of air. Bronzed maidens would bring tools, and maybe even work on the bike. A Cessna Caravan on floats would be inside, ready to slide down the slope to the lagoon. You guys would be elsewhere, discussing truss and insulation configurations. Fireball

Hey! You're on a stinkin' island. What good is a motorcycle on a soggy spit of dirt with roads going nowhere? However, the bronzed maidens could provide distraction from the agony of limited geography. Chris Lawson

The KLR will probably be around as long as the desert tortoise, barring enviro-mentally unstable folks from getting their surrogate lap dog candidate, Al Gore elected. Kawasaki cannot be dropping the KLR 650 in favor of the KLE. I am a 32 year old father of two who is a full time law student. The only thing that keeps me sane is knowing that a Brand new 2001 KLR is going to be my graduation present to myself next year(I even have the full blessing of the love of my life who is soooo tired of hearing me whine about wanting one she is willing ride with me once I get it).
