will slide away from the barrel and onto the muffler tube. With the exhaust
system bolts loose you ought to be able to pull the beginning of the
exhasust pipe away from the barrel. In the hole where the beginning end of

sandwiched donut' take it out. Get a new one. Put the front of the exhaust
back in the hole at
the barrel. Re position the flange. Now put the two nuts back on and tighten
evenly and firmly...until it feels like the new copper
'O' ring is about half smashed. Now, lastly, tighten all the remained
bolts and nuts that hold the muffler in place.
