The DR350S can be lowered 1.25" with Korba link. Bike is top heavy though. Korba has a link for DR400Z too. This bike eventhough spec. said is heavier than the DR350, the top feels much lighter than my 350 when I leaned it over at the dealer lot, so it might be ok for her. She won't have to drop the bike if she leans it over 30deg. Probably the best bike is Yamaha XT225. Wished I did not sell that one. Is low, light, can cruise at 65mph (Not too much vibration, just sounds furious) and has good suspension travel. FWIW, I calculated the piston speed of that bike compared to say a DR650S or DR350S at 65mph. They are all about the same. XT225 may not be too bad in terms of top end durability. Bottom end bearings may not like so many revs. That bike should be low enough for her. If that does not work, then you will have to go to a XR200 and convert to dual sport.
