[dsn_klr650] exhaust question

After burnning the side cover with a cobra can on. I had a welder gut the stock can and weld a auto down tube on the back, My butt 0 Meter says i picked up about 4 HP over the piss poor Cobra can. I have a picture i can snail mail if someone wants to share it with the rest of the gang, Real deep sound, Guy charged me 75.00 bucks. But it looks all stock except for the down tube at the end.....................
