The weight is most important at the tip. The further out it is the heavier the better. Good to secure the shots somehow so they don't rattle around. Loose some vibration isolation if they rattle. Is best if you can find a solid metal rod (lead if possible) several inches long dia of handle bar and stick it in. Fasten with JBweld.
