So that means I'll be moving to College Park, Maryland in August. I am moving to Lexington Park (NAS Pax River) on June 1st. Where is College Park in reference to my place? Kurt Thomas AT1 USN Kirk and Raamses......i've been in the D.C area for about two years now, so I might be able to help you guys out a little bit......email me off list with any questions....I'll do my best to help......... Pax River is about an hour or so south of College Park..which is about 15 miles East Northeast of D.C.......I can show you some areas to ride in around College Park...and in western Virginia.........Pax NAS is down near Budds Creek MX Track...great MX and harescramble races down there and you can find plenty of places to ride....as soon as you get there check out the Southern Maryland Dirt Riders..can't remember WWW.. ...you can search it though....they have a waiting list to get in the club, but they have great riding areas that they maintain and such...it worth the dues.... I live in Arlington myself, but I attend night and weekend classes at U of M.....so I know the traffic heading there really sucks.....Pax is nice and quit...down in farm country.....I almost took orders there, but decided on D.C. instead..I regret it every morning about 7......anyhow toss me some Q's and i'll try to help you guys out......
