[dsn_klr650] swingarm bolt removal- help
Hi Larry,
I just performed the lubbing thing myself . I have an A8 and extracting the
bolt has no tricks except the use of a heavy rubber mallet, I also supported
the swing arm from below with a car jack.
Now to actually remove the swing arm from the frame you need to loosen the
engine support bolt that is placed exactly behind the swing arm. Don't
forget to take care of the rear caliper as you remove the swing arm. Pay
special attention to place the drive chain in it's correct position as you
reasemble the swing arm. Tighten every bolt to spec.
Good Luck
Juan
