Thorsten - I observe that CADintosh beta 7.5.2b2 does not honour the "white background" option of text objects. I have drawings created in v6 which have text with white background, to make it legible over cross-hatching. If I open one of those drawings in 7.5.2b2, the white background is missing. I have tried to create text with white background in 7.5.2b2 and that also fails.

MacBook Pro, Intel Core i7, 2.66 GHz. Mac OS X 10.6.8.

Maybe due the change from QuickDraw toQuartz.
