Going to try a new Power Supply

Hi Gang,
Happy Friday!
I think I'm going to try a new power supply in my build. As I've mentioned in the past, I'm hunting down a gremlin in my system that is causing the neon to blink randomly when no voice files are playing. My system is quite simple, so I'm a bit puzzled by this.
Anyway, I've never been happy with the noise level coming from the fan in my current power supply, so I figured I'd upgrade and hopefully solve both problems (random blinking and loud fan).
I currently am using the Mean-Well SP320-12 (12v, 300W and 25amps). I paid something like $61 for it. At the time, I thought I was getting a screaming deal on what I thought was an identical PS sold by Astrodyne for $163. Please see a message posted by Craig R on 6/23/14, "Power Supply Question". There he talks about these two supplies and questions if they are the same (he uses the Astrodyne version with no extra fan noise or apparent problems).
Astrodyne now sells theirs for $61, which leads me to believe that they are now selling the version I purchased from Mean-Well. I'd hate to just purchase the same power supply again and experience the same results.
Anyone have suggestions on a single power supply with similar properties (12v, 300W, 25amps)?
Thanks!
Jeff-
