Wire connectors

Hi, doe's anyone know where I can get an 8 pin wire connector , male and female connectors for thin telephone wires, so I can plug and unplug my B9 head section when I take him to conventions. Is there a Web page that I can go to , to find various plugs and connectors ?

RJ45 style phone/ethernet connectors are available at Radio Shack, Best Buy, Fry's, etc.

I would suggest standard DB-9 connectors.  These are what's used for all PC type serial interfaces.  You need a male and female with the solder cup connections for easy wire soldering.  Also use the hoods to protect the connections and make them easier to plug together.
These are readily available from almost any electronic supplier.  Below are links to DigiKey

Funny !!
Not many people know that since the 9 pin case DE designation has kind of fallen into the background.  Almost everyone refers to the DSubs now as DB9, DB15, DB25.

Not many people know that since the 9 pin case DE designation has kind of fallen into the background.  Almost everyone refers to the DSubs now as DB9, DB15, DB25.

I would suggest standard DB-9 connectors.  These are what's used for all PC type serial interfaces.  You need a male and female with the solder cup connections for easy wire soldering.  Also use the hoods to protect the connections and make them easier to plug together.
