Yeah, and I posted about this issue Roy is having about an hour ago to that page. Hopefully they do something about it.

Roy, that really sucks. Sounds like the same lame excuses ICONS always had when I hounded them for my J2 replica I'd paid them for many years back. Like you, I got my money back by having my credit card company take the money from their account after I finally realized they would never deliver after 90 days of waiting. I did finally get my book from Micro Publishing but I didn't order the extras. I know Angela would love to know about this problem as they seem to be her 'go to' publisher. Again, sorry about your experience.

  Haha! Well from all the things I hear about it, I think it's best I stay off of it.   In the meantime, I heard back from Deborah about the LIS book. She claims she's personally sending out the book and extras tomorrow and apologized but I told her I can't trust her as I've heard this many times before. I already put a dispute in with my credit card company. It's probably why I got a response from her. I understand they had a ton of issues getting these books and extras out but they really shouldn't be saying it's on the way when it isn't for months. I feel that I can't trust that company and told her to forget it. I guess we'll see what happens in the next week.             -Roy

You were right to push the charge back. That, my friend, really rattled their cage.  Totally justified given the runaround you've been receiving.

I hope this gets straightened out for you soon. It's a fun book.

I'm not on Facebook but I wish there was another forum that I could post my experience about this on that Bill and Angela could see. There's probably a lot of other people who didn't get their books as well. It sounds like they can't get all the extras and the books to come in at the correct timing. Deborah last said she was waiting on the signed postcards. Then she said all the orders have been sent out but couldn't give me a tracking number. Then supposed problems with the publisher. Constant excuses and always saying "it's on the way". When I ask for a refund she disappears again. Oh well, there's no running from the credit card company.   Roy I received my book a little late but nonetheless they delivered it.  I have heard of others having issues and I remember that the bonus bits and extras were initially delayed. But I thought all was resolved

You were right to push the charge back. That, my friend, really rattled their cage.  Totally justified given the runaround you've been receiving.

  Hi Phil,  Yes it is irritating. I've been fighting with this since October. I'm not on Facebook but I wish there was another forum that I could post my experience about this on that Bill and Angela could see. There's probably a lot of other people who didn't get their books as well. It sounds like they can't get all the extras and the books to come in at the correct timing. Deborah last said she was waiting on the signed postcards. Then she said all the orders have been sent out but couldn't give me a tracking number. Then supposed problems with the publisher. Constant excuses and always saying "it's on the way". When I ask for a refund she disappears again. Oh well, there's no running from the credit card company. They'll get their money back.         -Roy

  Roy I received my book a little late but nonetheless they delivered it.  I have heard of others having issues and I remember that the bonus bits and extras were initially delayed. But I thought all was resolved

I probably should have just ordered the book alone and not the "boss bonus edition" or whatever they're calling it. Although it sounds like they're at least 2 weeks behind in just making the books.    -Roy

Roy, that really sucks. Sounds like the same lame excuses ICONS always had when I hounded them for my J2 replica I'd paid them for many years back. Like you, I got my money back by having my credit card company take the money from their account after I finally realized they would never deliver after 90 days of waiting. I did finally get my book from Micro Publishing but I didn't order the extras. I know Angela would love to know about this problem as they seem to be her 'go to' publisher. Again, sorry about your experience.
