On another aspect of the collar -
I was asked about the holes for the radar animation gears and the motor mount.
You can freely use the files that I gave to the club. Well, I'll do one better - here are the files - just the radar animation holes.
You paste the file of your choice into your cad drawing - note: You must make sure that your drawing is centered, I always use 0,0. that way you know that the holes are going into the center of the drawing also.
No, I am not an expert on CAD drawings - I just manage to get what I need done.

I can easily see both sides and I appreciate the responses. It was my intent to understand the way a builders group works, so not to offend as I start off on my project. I also manage a not-for -profit group and things work better when everyone has a clear understanding and respect of everybody's roles.
