Guys,

I have been working with Craig R for a few months on a backplate for
the V2 Torso and it's finally ready. The V2 backplate is a work of
art and it fits the V2 Torso like a glove. Craig might want to chime
in on this but he thinks this back plate has origins that go all the
way back to the hero backplate. He has worked months and months
correcting the flaws that were in the hero backplate to bring this
backplate up to his standards. I worked with him on the final design
and I produce them in my state of the art backplate manufacturing
facility(my kitchen). I just finished a run and they are ready for immediate shipping.

As an added bonus the V2 backplate is .100 thick, while my old
backplates were .080. that might not sound like much but believe me, it is!

The V2 backplate has been verified to fit the V2 Torso but it should
fit any torso.

I've attached some pictures of the new V2 backplate

It turns out there is a bit of a learning curve forming thicker
styrene. I have two backplates that had a small wrinkle in the
bottom where it attaches behind the large chest lights. I have
sanded the flaw out and once installed it can't be seen but I'll let
these go for $50 each + shipping a $15 dollar savings. Please e-mail
me privately if interested.

Guys,

Just so there's no confusion, the backplate pictured on my vendor page is not the new V2 back plate. That picture is the backplate I make for use with the neon Dennis W used to sell. Please see the attached picture for the V2 backplate. Thanks!

Oh man!  Now my everyday ordinary backplate looks so sad with its one little picture....!  Speaking of, I've mounted it in my barton torso with Craig's neon and it fits amazingly well!  Very little gaps.

We're having coding issues with David Huber's vendor page. If you're using Chrome you may see some odd things till we get things worked out. If possable try viewing his page in Firefox or IE till we work through this. Thouse browsers seem to be displaying his page properly. Sorry for any inconvenience. Dave Schulpius

I just received the very first #001 v2 neon backplate from David Huber and I can tell you we are truly blessed to have such talented people producing high quality parts for our B9. This is a work of art and fits beautifully in Craig's v2 torso. Buy it now as you won't be dissappointed. Once I get my neon and can get this painted and trimmed (only a very little) around the top ring hole...and then mounted, I will post pictures for all to see.

Thanks David for such a much needed part and the quality workmanship!!
