Does anyone have handy a circuit diagram for a Type D Frequency divide-by-two flip flop circuit to reduce the Rex MR300 frequency in half?  Or is there something more plug and play out there for the Rex MR300 HEDS-5505 A04 Encoder to Sabertooth 2x12 and Kangaroo x2 configuration?

There is a circuit on the B9 website under Misc.
It is used in the light flasher circuit and uses the CD4013 chip.

sorry for my error, but I was thinking of another location.

The specific instructions to find his circuit are:

Go to the B9 Builders website,
Go to the Members section,
Go to Construction Tips and How To's
Homebrew Light Flasher Circuit
Look at the Controller Schematic

He uses the CD4013B flip flop to divide his timer by two and uses the two outputs for the drive for his two dialights. You can just use one output.
