OK, Guys, I know one of you knows the answer here...

Allied Electronics has discontinued the sockets and lenses used for the belly lights. I'm sure there's a suitable replacement (via eBay), but since all we have on the website are the Allied part and stock numbers, it's nigh impossible to look for substitutions.

I'm not asking for a source; just give me an idea of size/type, and I'll go hunting (and report back in case anyone else is looking for lights!)

Hey Tex,
Using the part number on our web site to search their stock it looks like Allied does have the sockets. Their web site says they have 2372 in stock and ready to ship:

I didn't search each lense but they look like they have many in stock also

They have the Fluted and Non fluted. Most builders use the non fluted. Sadly the Blue is still out of stock but that has been the case for years. The blue is very hard to find non fluted. A few years ago I bought some blue non fluted from Osram / Sylvania, Inc. but had to buy in bulk.

I'm sitting on a small "stash" of these blue fluted lenses. As I said above I made a bulk buy a few years back so I could get what I wanted. Mike Joyce said he wanted to buy my extras blues but he closed shop shortly after. I then just moved on and forgot about them thinking the time would come when I'd sell them with the rest of my extra parts. I'm willing to sell most of them but want to keep a few for myself (just in case disaster strikes) . I can't even remember how many I have and I need to get a count. I know I have all the other colors also. I'll post a separate post in a few days listing what I have, the prices I want for each color (including blue) and terms. I'm thinking I need to limit the sale to 2 or 3 per person. First come first serve. Don't send any requests now please. That will just annoy me. LOL.

That is what I used. I bought the paint for making "sun catchers" at a craft store. It took a few coats. The first one sort of pooled in the bottom, so I did a second coat and set it down the other way.
