You can adjust the screen size of your TV screen in settings, where you adjust the zoom.

It's here!!!! Got my blu ray set today! A day early! Going to start digging into it right away. Looks like a ton of extras are scattered throughout the discs. Impressive set. Looking forward to hearing others thoughts on this.

Re: Update on Chiller Theatre Show - Confirmed!!

Post by Craig Reinbrecht » Mon Sep 14, 2015 6:40 pm

OK, I just committed to going and bringing my B9! I corresponded with the guy who runs the show, and he is excited to have a Robot and will put us with the cast!

Awesome! This will be a show to remember! With Marta, Mark, Billy, and Angela...plus the Chariot! Wow! This is definitely worth a late October trip... Think about it...

And yes, I would love to have some help!

Thanks Victor for your work to make this happen!

Hi Guys:

Got some great news about Chiller. Got a call from Kevin's wife and there is a request from the cast for the B9's wow wee. Going to get more details tonight!!!!!

Second big one, looks like the Chariot will be at the Chiller show too like the Boston show. This I will verify again tonight.

Guys, if we can, or some else want to take charge of this no problem. I think we have to start to make a list of who is coming.

So far, Craig R with robot, Craig R I think has someone to help him, Me, Victor J with Robot, John C. to help me. BUT THE MORE HELPER'S THE BETTER!!! We will all help each other

I think we should start to send out emails on who is coming to the show with or without a robot. The more the better. Even if you are a member and just to visit for one day, send an email. OK guys, it would be good to know this. I know it is still the end of next month, man I wish I would of known more this past summer. Would of had the robot done :(

PS: Would love to have some of the old gang there too:)

Thanks Guys.

OK, I just committed to going and bringing my B9!
I corresponded with the guy who runs the show,
and he is excited to have a Robot and will put us with the cast!

Awesome! This will be a show to remember! With
Marta, Mark, Billy, and Angela...plus the
Chariot! Wow! This is definitely worth a late October trip... Think about it...

And yes, I would love to have some help!

Thanks Victor for your work to make this happen!

Craig,
Everything for me is depending on when my daughter has her first baby. If she stays on schedule (Nov 5) then I will be going to Chiller. If she delivers early, I'll be in San Antonio.

Re: Blu ray set arrived!!!!

Post by JOHN GEARY » Mon Sep 14, 2015 9:31 pm

Looks like it's mastered 1:37 which means your actually getting a little bit extra on the width than originally seen on air without cropping the top and bottom of the image. It aired on broadcast TV at 1:33 and depending on the frame around the tube of your TV at the time, it was probably cropped even more. So your actually getting more image left/right and less of the black bars. The bars never bothered me, but I know some really hate them. I'd rather have everything in it's original aspect ratio, but that's just me. I'd rather have more image and crop it myself if given the choice. I really can't watch ME TV cause they crop the image so badly and blow it up to fill the screen for 16x9. It really degrades the image. As for special features I've only checked out the CBS dick van dyke segment. Looks great but it's very short and only contains the lost in space portion. I assume because of rights clearances the rest of that presentation was omitted. Looking forward to checking out more tonight.

Are the black bars on the sides pretty wide? Have you checked out the outtakes yet?     -Roy

It's here!!!! Got my blu ray set today! A day early! Going to start digging into it right away. Looks like a ton of extras are scattered throughout the discs. Impressive set. Looking forward to hearing others thoughts on this.

I'm signed up for Friday. Look for me in my RoboCon 2015 T-shirt (even though I wasn't there :( ).

I'm hoping to find out from Bill Mumy where to get a Dorian Gray portrait done like the one he obviously has...ImageImageImage

Hey Craig:   Thank you my friend for doing this. Any help you need, we will all be there for the 3 days.   Sure going to try to get my first season over there too. Hey guys ever have a cam fused to the top of the brain cup? :( Very rare, all being worked out with help from a few  builders.   Next year, might change him to Golden Boy!!!! Now how did the prop department every pulled that one off??     Victor:) B9-0082       In a message dated 9/14/2015 6:41:02 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time, B9Builders@yahoogroups.com writes:
