aftermarket ladder

Has anyone had success getting a ladder installed on a Sahara ? I tried Camping World but they wouldn't do it. Does anyone know for sure if SMC will do this at the Service Center ? Or other suggestions ? Thanks RG

Richard, Camping World would not install on m y Trek either but my dealer, Holland Motor Homes did without any problems.
